Q1.  I use MOXA products. Can I access MOXA's Partner Zone?
A. MOXA's Partner Zone is restricted to authorized resellers and distributors of MOXA products. If you are an end user rather than an authorized reseller or distributor, please feel welcome to browse our main website at www.moxa.com.

Q2.  I am a MOXA partner. How do I create a personal username and password for Partner Zone?
A. If you are a MOXA partner and would like access to Partner Zone, please go to http://esource.moxa.com/ to request access to the site. Fill out the online application and submit it to MOXA. When your application is approved, you will receive an e-mail notification explaining how to access Partner Zone.

Q3.  I have previously logged into Partner Zone. Which login do I use to re-enter the password-protected web site?
A. First, verify that you have received a personal username and password from MOXA by e-mail. If so, you may enter Partner Zone by entering your username and password at http://esource.moxa.com/

Q4.  I have confirmed that I am using the correct username and password. Why am I still unable to enter Partner Zone?
A. Your Partner Zone password is case-sensitive, so be sure to type it in correctly. If you are entering the correct username and password and still cannot access the site, please try closing your browser and logging in from a new browser window.
If you still cannot log in, please e-mail partnercare@moxa.com with the following information:

      1. Company name and MOXA products carried
      2. Description of problem including any error messages
      3. Username and password
      4. Contact information including contact person, e-mail, phone, job title, address, and country
      5. Time and date that problem occurred
      6. Web browser type and version

Q5.  I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

A.

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it through Partner Zone's "Forgot your password?" link. After you provide your username, which is the same as your registered e-mail address, your password will be e-mailed to you. If you are unable to retrieve your password using this method, or if you have forgotten your username, please e-mail partnercare@moxa.com with your company name, contact person, e-mail address, and country.

Q6.  I have received access to Partner Zone but would like to update my login information. How do I change my username and/or password?
A. To update your Partner Zone username and/or password, please follow these steps:

1.  Log into Partner Zone using your original username and password.
2.  On the main page, click "Update Profile".
3.  Enter your new username and/or password and click "Save". Your login information will be updated unless the new username has already been taken.

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it through Partner Zone's " Forgot your password ? " link.

Q7.  When I log into Partner Zone, why can't I see resources for every product line offered by MOXA?

A.

There are different reasons why a distributor or reseller may decide to carry only certain MOXA product lines. Partner Zone is designed so that a user has access only to resources for product lines that are carried by the user's company. For example, if your contract with MOXA is to distribute industrial Ethernet switch products only, then in Partner Zone, you will only have access to marketing and product resources for industrial Ethernet switches.
